Good morning, 早上好.
Looking at the name of this restaurant, I feel like greeting you guys ‘good morning’. 😁😁
Discovered this newly opened noodle shop which is only 1 street away from Zhai Hong Chicken Rice. I saw people sharing about this new place on social media. Therefore I decided to give it a try.
Are you a noodle person?
I often preferred noodles over rice.
I like the idea of turning an old shop into restaurant with rustic ambiance. Appreciate people preserving old buildings without demolishing it.
Hakka Mee with Wantan RM8.50
Unfortunately it was not served with pickled chili during my visit. But I do notice people whom patronize this restaurant recently had their noodle served with pickled chili now.
Hakka Noodle and Lau Shu Fen, both are popular noodles in Seremban. Although its just a simple noodle, the main ingredients are minced pork and pork lard to enhance the flavors.
Move on to the toast and coffee….
Unfortunately it’s only a slim cut size butter is placed near the edge of bread but middle is ‘blank’. Very skillful indeed. Perhaps they wanted me to order the ‘double’ butter. hehe…..
I was excited to try their caramel Custard. It’s not too sweet, but I prefer the wobbly texture from Thean Chun Ipoh.
Verdict : Noodles texture was alright. It aren’t too salty nor oily. But noodle portion abit small. Preferred the hot coffee over the iced one.
