Painting Lesson at Bluer Art Studio Seremban

Calling all art enthusiast…. To have an art jamming session at Bluer Art Studio in Seremban. 🙂

Early this year, I chanced upon an Art Studio ad via Facebook offering weekly CNY Theme Painting. It was during Chinese New Year and it is the year of Rabbit according to Chinese zodiac.

They offered a good price of RM38 which includes a canvas, painting materials from studio and also a drink. Without hesitation I signed up for that single lesson together with my son.

This studio is rather new. It is located at 2nd floor of the shop lot at Kepayang Seremban.

Using Acrylic paint, we were told to choose our choice of color as the canvas background color. I chose red whilst my son, Jet chose sky blue.

Comfortable and nice environment…….with a furkid assistant ^_^

Not forgetting the young and beautiful instructor to assist us. She was so patient to assist Jet in every steps.

After using a pencil to lighting draw the outline of the rabbit, we were required to use mixture of acrylic paint & sand to create a texture technique.

Using the palette knife to gently swirl it all over the drawn outline. Now that the rabbit look more interesting with a different texture from its red background.

Ta daaa….this is my final outcome. I think teacher’s work is definitely much better because I felt mine looks like a hamster. LOL! Nevertheless it was a great painting lesson.
