Transformers: Dark of the Moon

My recent movie was Transformers: Dark of the Moon, the latest movie directed by Michael Bay and produced by Steven Spielberg. It is the sequel to Transformers and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Have you watched all of it??

I personally much preferred the 2nd one – Transformers : Revenge of the Fallen.

Main reason was because………. Megan Fox no longer appears in the latest one – Transformers: Dark of the Moon. Moreover the storyline was better too. Megan Fox’s role was taken off the show! Heard that she quit or offended the director?? (wasn’t quite sure bout it). Still…..its so sad lah! I thought ‘Sam & Mikaela’ were about to get married…All of sudden this new actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley (as Carly Spencer) casting in Transformers: Dark of the Moon..which I felt it doesn’t clique at all….HUHUHUHU….

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley’s acting was so bad…more like modeling & posing in the movie lor…The best thing is that, she wore white outfit most of the time and surprisingly she came out clean in almost every scene too!!! *Laughs*

Megan Fox vs. Rosie Huntington.

Definitely Megan Fox scores higher. Don’t you think she is much hotter & natural?? Sorry; I don’t like ‘ma yoon cheong’.

Both of them acted well

If you did watched Transformers : Revenge of the Fallen, you will remember that Megatron got injured by Optimus Prime. This picture is the first screen appearance of Megatron in Transformers: Dark of the Moon. I was having a great laugh seeing that. Covering his face with this kain buruk. Hhahahah…look like the makcik selling nasi lemak. Ooppss… Anyway…robot do cares about their image.

There came a new Autobot in Transformers 3 – Sentinel Prime – former Autobot leader – and his creation, The Pillars. I thought this apek came with good intention…manatau…he is nyanyok! There was this scene, he throw tantrum and killed Ironhide…*cries*

I was thrilled by this scene. Shockwave – a new Decepticons in Transformers 3 doing the drilling. WOW!

Synopsis
The interstellar war between the Autobots and Decepticons shifts into overdrive following the discovery of Sentinel Prime (voice of Leonard Nimoy) in this sequel from director Michael Bay. Only a precious handful of officials in the government and military realize that the 1969 moon mission was the result of an event that threatened profound repercussions for the entire human race. When the Apollo 11 astronauts discover the wrecked remains of Sentinel Prime on the surface of our natural satellite, they bring him back to planet Earth. But Sentinel Prime wasn’t the only alien object on the moon, and when a malevolent new enemy makes its presence known, only the Autobots can save humankind from certain destruction. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

Worth to watch? YES! Its still worth watching….. Don’t miss that!

Kungfu Panda TUMBO

Another item added into my collection.

My recent movie on last Saturday was Fast and Furious 5 together with Alex. And also Marcus. Yea right…I know we were quite far behind from the first day of screening. Just want to conclude that it was an awesome movie which don’t get you bored….in fact…every episodes are equally good! Worth watching…Marcus said, he is going to buy the original DVD once it arrives here.

Usually we watches movie on Saturdays at TGV. And also not forgetting the sodas, chips or popcorn while watching it. While we were queuing to make our purchase, I saw this  Kungfu Panda TUMBO displayed at the counter. I was so excited as in jumping for joy seeing it. I felt that its cute and special. A drink cup and a popcorn cup attached together, where you can all detach them. I insisted Alex to purchase it!! He replied with; OMG!! you are just the same like a ‘BIG KID’. Duhh…’big kid’ term for me?? Doesn’t matter anyway… *GRIN*

Nah…Kungfu Panda 2 movie is not showing yet.  Purchased this Kungfu Panda TUMBO set of drink & popcorn for RM14.90. In future I can fill it with chips & soda while watching movie at home….. weeeeee….

3 movies in 2 days

There are so many movies playing on cinema now. Couldn’t get the chance to watch any of them before the Chinese New Year.

Finally, gotten a chance now. Booked and watched 3 movies in 2 days. I’m catching up now….

1) Great Day – A successful Malaysian movie. A touchy and meaningful story.  Taught us to appreciate and take care of our parents. Half way through  the movie ;tears fall down my cheeks. Ooppss….sorry. Embarrassed.

2) I Love Hong Kong – An entertaining and comedy movie. A story on the lifestyle of Hong Kong.

3) All Well Ends Well 2011 – An entertaining and comedy movie. A movie with simple storyline. To cherish the one you loved.

All the about are nice to me.

Thumbs up to Ip Man 2

Just watched Ip Man 2 from TGV, Jusco Seremban. Luckily Alex managed to grab the hot selling tickets. As usual, getting ready with my chips & soft drinks, but this time I had popcorn instead =p.

I recalled Ip Man 1 was screened last year 2009. I was totally amazed with it….

Nevertheless Ip Man 2 indeed a good one as well! I did not expect it to be much better than the first one (Ip Man 1)…. I was totally amazed again this time. A movie with nice story line and filled with touchy moments & humor. May be because they added more good actors e.g: Sammo Hung & kent Cheng.

Donnie Yen held the role of ‘Ip Man’ pretty well.Honestly I do really admire the HK actors with real kungfu moves.Besides Donnie Yen; the second actor will be Jet Li. Besides watching the amazing kungfu moves, the part which inspired me the most was how he try to defend the chinese kungfu ‘weng chun‘ and there’s a sentence he mentioned really touched me as well. The sentence was something like this: “the glory does not prove that the chinese kungfu is much stronger, but what I want to share here is that we all human are with different personality & culture, therefore we must try to respect each of it. (erm…..i think its not the exact sentence larr…but it meant something like this lor…hehe).

~Do check it out, you will never regret watching it. AWESOME SHOW!!!
