City of Lights

On 28 January, Alex and I made our way back to Kuching, Sarawak. Our flight scheduled at 7.05pm. Upon checking in at the MAS counter; we were told that the flight will be delayed for 1.5 hour due to technical problem she said. (I believed it was because of the bad weather.)

Apparently; went the flight took off; it was already 9pm. That means we’ve wasted about 2 hours in KLIA, where we suppose to reach our destination by then. *sigh*  What to do; safely comes first right.

Managed to capture this shot; City of Lights when the plane just took off. Night view of KL. Well, can you spot the ‘Twin Tower’ ??

CNY Deco @ Midvalley Megamall

Friends were wondering where have I been & what happened to me for not blogging recently. (Thanks for the concern). Well; so sorry peeps. Sorry for the silents over here the past few weeks. As I was busy with my work, my blogshop , Chinese New Year preparations, busy looking for house in Subang (calling up agents, making appointments, house viewing).

Its just 2 weeks towards Chinese New Year. On Sunday, I brought my family to Midvalley Megamall to do some CNY shopping & to feel the CNY atmosphere. We do know that Midvalley is good in festive deco. This year ‘s theme is ‘Lion Head’. Nevertheless it is usually crowded on weekends.

You may check their event list here:- CNY EVENTS

With every spending of RM138 (with HSBC credit card) & RM188 (for non-HSBC credit card) from specialty stores; entitled you a free set of angpao packet (a pack of 5 different designs) & free 3 hours parking.

Seeing people getting ready with new clothes, decorations, festive goods, could really make you feel CNY is just around the corner.  😉

Some photos I captured on the deco.

Alex and I went to Pavilion Shopping Mall on Christmas day.

The crowd was fantastic. “People mountain people sea”

I was pretty impressed by their Christmas decorations. Especially at the outdoor of the mall. It was like a White Christmas! Wished it was snowing too ^^

A & W in town

It was last day for month of July 2010. A&W was in town. Where? Seremban town lor. For what?? To find Mel…. (still guessing what is A&W ar?)

A&W = Ashley & Wanyi lor…… 😉

Yeap…both of them took KTM to Seremban. They arrived at about 1.30pm. I’ve planned the 1 Day iternary for them…but subject to changes of cause.

Since they have not taken their lunch, I brought them to this ‘YI POH LOU SHU FUN’ —->  Siew Pau —-> Cendol & Rojak —-> Seremban Siew Hai(Crabs). We had all of these in ordered. Began from lunch to tea break & finally dinner. After the lunch and siew pau, I brought them to Lake Garden for ‘gals photo-shoot 😀

It was a sunny day. We were sweating all over….Eewww…sweaty sweaty..

But we had fun though. And the outcome of the photos were not bad too(self praising…beh paiseh). Because of the good lighting & nice background!!

admiring the beautiful landscape…….

What will you do when you were to be seated on the passenger seat, while the driver will be doing the driving?? Will you be sleeping? Munching tit-bits? Read a novel? Chit-chatting? Did you ever admire the beautiful landscapes or scenery along your journey?

I used be sleeping if I’m on a long distance journey. But not now. Because I would like to accompany the driver (Alex) or else he might gets bored or felt sleepy. ^_^

Though he will be saying its ok larr….but I do understand that you will feel more alert if someone would be keeping you accompany. Therefore, what I will do now to keep myself awake or alert at the same time, I will try to capture the beautiful landscapes view from my car. At times, you may not be able to witness them from your house nor even from you office. Throughout the journey, you may witness the changes of clouds, changes of the sky color. So, why not “STOP & STARE”.

Here are some beautiful sky, landscapes that I manage to capture during my recent trip. 🙂

CONGRATS Bro

It was bro Khong Hean & Lu Xuan wedding on 10 July 2010. This day will mark as a memorable day for the newly wed couple.

I took a day leave on Friday so that we could reach Sg. Petani by dinner. Started our journey from Seremban after Alex & I had our lunch. Fetched Tat, Chip & Yau from USJ. The entire journey went smoothly just that there goes the rain on and off; which made us slow down. Met up with Alex, Daphne, Darren & Ginny along the toll exit. We managed to reach Khong Hean’s house at almost 9pm. Had our dinner there. After the dinner, we hang around there awhile. We overnight at a house rented by Khong Hean. A terrace house with 4 rooms.

Woke up early the next morning for bro’s ‘big day’. Got ready my gears(ahem…not really gears though.just 1 ‘tai kau sui’ jek), hope to take some beautiful & memorable shots.

Here are some shots I manage to cover throughout the day; morning & night. Although there were few more photographers, I tried to selit myself on any allowable space :-p

So Near Yet So Far

Meeting up the ‘old frens’ of mine on Tuesday nite. They are my high school frens. It has been years we have not meet up officially as in gathering. Normally just the ‘hi & bye’ style only whenever bump on each other in the malls.

This round was planned by Sin Wei & myself. We decided to hang around at Sin Wei’s house.

At around 7.30; I drove to Sin Wei’s house. I was the 1st person to arrive. Sin Wei brought me tour around her house. Ohh yeah…Sin Wei’s house is so cozy & nice!! Well furnished and comfy.

Envy betul 😛

ps:- “Sin Wei; I like you karaoke set very much ler”….(If I would to have one, that would be GREAT! Then I can visit REDBOX less often.kekeke…)

While waiting for the other 2 ladies; me tak habis-habis taking photos of her house’s deco. kekeke…..you don’t mind rite, Sin Wei. 😛

By 8pm; Pei Ling & Pei Wen joined in with their lovely child (Issac & Kai Xin). Tak sangka all the 4 of us live so near to each other…but we hardly meet. Perhaps; we should continue this gathering more often rite?? Sin Wei is so kind to pack us dinner. So, we started our dinner after Pei Ling & Pei Wen arrived. We had fried rice, ‘wat tan hor’, fried bee hoon, stir-fry ‘choi tarm’, marmite chicken & fried sotong. wah…quite alot though. Ohh yea…not forgotten the last one, dessert from her too…longan+peach slice drink.

Fashion Show by CITY IMAGE

11th KL Wedding Expo 2010 which held over the weekends from 18-20 June in Midvalley Exhibition Hall. Coincidentally I was in Midvalley during that weekend. Therefore I decided to pay a visit after I saw the agenda published on newspaper the day before. The fashion show started at 3pm. I managed to “chup” the front seat at around 2.30pm. Here are some photos I managed to capture.
