I remember I once visited this place when it was quite new. But was few years ago. Opppss…..tee hee..
That time they were more into serving muffins. I also remember the muffins were good.
Weekends, we’ll usually just settle our lunch around Seremban 2 area. Because lazy to go down town..The other day, out of sudden, I got the idea to come here for brunch. So, I decided to date mummy. ^_^
A simple looking cafe, nice to hangout with friends and family.
Simple menu with pages of sandwiches, pastas and drinks.
The Muffin House, practice self-service. Place and pay your order at the counter.
Mummy ordered a cup of Black Coffee for RM4.90.
I like my cuppa Caramel Cappuccino – RM6.50. Aromatic coffee with nice hint of caramel taste, which is not too sweet.
Mummy likes her Chicken Pepperoni Spaghetti with Mushroom sauce – RM10.90. I was surprised with the serving method. Instead of the usual porcelain plate, they uses big paper cups. From the look, I’m gonna guess that, they 1st placed the cooked spaghetti in the paper cup, next pour in the creamy mushroom sauce, topped with slices of pepperoni then finally they heat it/ placed in the microwave?
My Smoked Chicken Spaghetti with mushroom sauce – RM10.90 was good also. Topped with slices of smoked chicken with drizzles of BBQ sauce. The not too creamy mushroom sauce won’t make you feel ‘jelak’.
My only complain for this spaghetti is the portion abit small for me. HAHAHAHA!!!
At The Muffin House, they sell assorted flavors muffins.
Types of muffins they served.
Other than muffins, they do have assorted cakes too.
I chose ‘Marble’ Muffin for RM4.90, about the size of my palm. I would say the muffins are worth eating. They are moist and not too flaky.

what a nice name for a cafe. i think i’d like to try the apple cinnamon muffin. seems like a very fruity, refreshing flavor! 😀
Sean – Ohh…you are a fruity guy! I don’t really like cinnamon..unless its use for cooking purposes 😉

We add some grappa inside..

the pasta looked good though… I think it also wouldn’t be enough for me… lol….
I like muffins… more so than cupcakes… hehehe…cos I think they are more fluffy and they have a crisp top….
Yea…the pasta actually not bad..
I like those big big and moist type of muffins!! 😉
Cupcakes I think more for ppl who likes to have decos or fancy stuffs on it…
Wonder why they serve in paper cups instead of plates (as shown in the menu). Nonetheless, they look delicious and the price seems alright.
Chong – Ermm….easier to dispose than to wash? Yaa…for Seremban standard, cannot go too high 😉
paper cup instead of plate, not so environment friendly wor…. ~.~
I think as long as they use recycled paper thats better for the environment rather than plates, imagine the amount of water used in cleaning a plate as well as the detergent that goes into our water system, not to mention the manufacturing of detergent. Anyways I love the selection of muffins there
Ray – Yeah…you do have a point there..
